The WC Raptors took 2nd place at the Mission Bell Classic Tournament, played the weekend of 8/21-8/22. The Raptors played aggressive soccer winning both games on Saturday 1-0 against Central Marin and 3-0 against West Marin United and battling to a 1-1 tie with the Livermore Fusion on Sunday morning. The Raptors earned a spot in the Championship game against the Livermore Fusion where both teams played tough but ultimately, the Fusion won with the Raptors taking second. Great show by the Raptors in this open Silver / Bronze tournament where two of the teams were class 1. Raptors coached / trained by Steve Bradley.

During the August 20-22 weekend, the U11 Boys WCSC United premier team played in the Mustang Stampede.  The team played four games to qualify for the finals, and won the final against Mill Valley Fusion to become the Mustang Stampede U11 Boys Gold Champions!!! 

Following up on that success, the boys played August 28-29 and won the championship at our very own WCSC Summerfest beating the Mustang Red Bulls in the finals 2-1 to become the WCSC Summerfest U11 Boys Champions!

Way to go WCSC United!!!

When heading out to the soccer fields, please remember that dogs are not allowed on or near any of the soccer fields!

This prohibition includes any grass areas around the fields! Dogs may be walked on leash on the paved paths around the park, but must be kept off the grass!
